"I used to see Hazel a lot at school, and though we were in different houses, we were sort of casual friends. She was a good person to hang out with, study or chat. In a big group we'd all go to Hogsmeade and enjoy the day, and she always had some kind of fun thing to do or try. I know she's still living locally, and Aurelia shops in her store occasionally (thanks for the green dress, Hazel); but I don't get over there very much these days. However, now that I'm in London more than the last couple of years, it will be easier to catch up. That would be great."

"I knew Hazel through some of her friends at school, and I liked her artistic sense. That obvoiusly helped her start her shop. I own a few Artemis designs myself, and I wish I could wear them more often. Alas, they hang in my closet, but I need to find out what Hazel is doing for fashion next season. Maybe she would do some travel clothes. I need them!"

"Ahhh, Ms. Chaisty, where do I start with her? She gave me a good scare when she came down to the kitchens one night during second year - she wanted a cuppa or something like that but found me tinkering down there instead. I have to admit that she didn't seem the type to be wandering the halls at the most ungodly hours, but hey, appearances can be deceiving. Hazel and I talked from then on a lot more and a lot of it on my part was teasing her about all these muggle things that she had no clue about. She was one of my main taste testers during our school years, and she always had a good thing to say about my cooking even if I was feeling like dragon's dung that day.

It was really only until seventh year that I started to really like her and I remember that asking her out was a mess, although Hazel kept telling me that I looked fine when I asked her. Our relationship was nice - a good balance I think. I never did tell her this, but I was surprised cause I don't think I ever really got that attached to any before. Back then I didn't let a lot of people get close enough to figure me out, but with Hazel, she kind of crept up on me by surprise. Emotions can be scary stuff; but anyway.

After that we did try to last after graduation, but we both got so involved in trying to find what we wanted to do. It didn't help that I was all over the place helping out at the various family food establishments - I was even in France at one point to help an aunt out with her pastry shop - and she was getting into her designs. We both kind of came to a mutual decision that it would be best for the two of us to go our separate ways. Course all that stuff about staying in touch were said but then I got entered into that contest and didn't have much time for post or catch up with my mates. After all the hype was over there was still my gastropub that I had to keep up with and by the time I heard that Hazel had opened her own clothing shop, I was feeling a little sheepish to even write her a hello.

I did try stopping by the shop, but I always turned away, Merlin knows why. I will admit that I do think about her, and seeing as I haven't talked to her, I wouldn't know how she feels either. Maybe I should just drop an invitation for a meal at the Red Hawk. Come to think of it, I don't think I've ever seen her stop by the place either...Ahem. Yeah. That's our history anyway."

"Yeah, I know Hazel. Go in her shop pretty often too. ... No, I don't go to buy clothes for me. That stuffs not exactly my style. It is Aiden's, though. And I find all kind of cool things in there to give as gifts to my mum and my aunt too. Hazel's really great at finding what I need too. And if she doesn't have it, then she'll make it. She actualy makes a lot of clothes for Aiden, now that I think about it... Those two were pretty close in school. I didn't know Hazel all that well; the only times I saw her was when I was with Damian or Aiden and Cay. But, Hazel's pretty awesome and it's kind of a shame I didn't know her well in school. I guss we're making up for it now, huh?"

Hazel and I were kind of friends in school- mainly the last year there anyway. I sometimes bring Maggie in now since she loves the pretty dresses. She seems to like Hazel a lot. That and Mitchell is sweet on Hazel. Doesn't bother to hide it, either. She was also around when I was dragging Tammy around to humanize her.

Her standouts were assisting on the decorating committees for several school dances, and being a popular student that acted as a magnet for social activities. I've spoken with her once or twice since school, and she seems to be doing well at her place of business. So, she's still in the social whirl, it seems."
